People’s Choice prize fulfilment in the event of a tie

PEOPLE'S CHOICE VOTER PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. Entrants must be UK residents aged 18 or over. Your entry is submitted automatically by way of casting your vote for the People’s Choice award. If you don’t want to enter, don’t vote. For the avoidance of doubt, Virgin Media group company employees are eligible to vote and therefore enter the Competition. Only one entry per person is permitted. Virgin Media shall collate the entries and the winner will be selected at random. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  2. Entries must be received by Virgin Media no later than 15:00:00 hours on 22 September 2008. Virgin Media accepts no responsibility for: (1) lost, late or undelivered entries, notifications or communications; or (2) any event which may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be proof of receipt.
  3. Winner will be notified by e-mail. Return of prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected at Virgin Media’s discretion. In the event that the winner declines his or her prize Virgin Media may elect, at its own discretion, to draw an alternate winner.
  4. Prize is a voucher which may be redeemed in exchange for one Cineworld “Unlimited” card, valid for 12 months from date of redemption of voucher. Prize is subject to Cineworld terms and conditions. Not transferable. No cash alternative.
  5. Entrants agree to allow their names and entries to be used without compensation if required by Virgin Media for advertising or publicity purposes.
  6. Virgin Media reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process (including but not limited to any unauthorised use of any computer program, script, or any other device intended to automate any aspect of the entry and voting process) and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or amend these terms and conditions where reasonably necessary. By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Virgin Media from any and all liability and any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this promotion to the extent permitted by law.
  7. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed and performed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, whose courts shall be the courts of exclusive jurisdiction.

PEOPLE’S CHOICE FULFILMENT IN THE EVENT OF A TIE

 The People's Choice prize is a high spec camera (cash value no greater than £3,000). In the event of a tie, the sum of £3,000 will be divided equally amongst the winners.
