Hi, I'm Tom Noblett. I have always had a keen interest in being creative and being hands on with things. I find that I have the kind of mind which soaks up film trivia, and this has allowed me to be able to tell someone as up to as many as five films that an actor/actress has been in, but obviously not all of them! I have never won any kind of award, or had work screened at a film festival, but I am keen to do so in the future, as I hope to study film production at university, and hopefully develop links with like minded people who will want to try and show films to the masses and maybe even win some things! I have a strong writer's mind, particularly for coming up with complex ideas that could be seen as something which may be a hindrance, as complex films aren't to everyone's taste, but I feel that interesting originality is the most important aspect of a successful film, in every sense of the word. I enjoy seeing a wide selection of films, but I have tp say the directors that have really inspired my "interesting originality" philosophy are Quentin Tarantino, Edgar Wright and Christopher Nolan, as they have took their own original idea, and essentially made it interesting and enjoyable, and not just in one of their films, but all of their films. Although not directed by any of my favourite directors, my favourite film is "Back to the Future", as it blends everything I love about films into a perfectly brilliant package.
