Title: The Night Guard Running time: 02' 20" SynopsisI had the idea to write, film, act, edit and finish the film all by myself…I only decided to do this because I have been covering some Saturday night shifts guarding an industrial estate – thought I would do something with the wee hours of the night. Shot over the last four Saturday nights, I have experimented and test loads of ideas out and hopefully it will put a smile on your face. The short is about a security guard going to pick up a “package”…hope you enjoy.

I am the owner of Surrect Media (AKA Real Design), working with in the media industry for over 10 years. My background is in graphic design and this has helped me develop my post-production and film skills.
I love working with film, in every area - pre-production, directing, filming, edit and post-production - they all are major areas and make the whole project complete and I love being involved in every area.

well done for doing it all by yourself! Quite the task, pulled off to great effect!! loved the split screen too make it look like two people - good planning and well executed!

Spooky effects - great
The music was powerful, the pace of the film kept you gripped to see what the outcome was, the ending was really good too. Ideas can come from so many different sources for making films, this was innovative. I wish you luck.
