About Dom

4403
I heard about this competition back in May, set myself the goal of entering 2 films and have really enjoyed watching the new entries roll in. I guess my favourites are "Cup of Brown Joy," "Wanted," "Nightwalking" and I've enjoyed "In for a Penny" recently - and there are loads of other good ones too. For myself, I hope you won't see how little was spent on my film(s) and I can honestly say that I am SO undiscovered it could make your eyes water. (Well, it makes MY eyes water.)

Love it! Nice to see a little play in the competition that doesn't rely on special effects or even music.

The dynamics between mother & daughter were engagingly portrayed... having three daughters myself, i know what possibilities can evolve! The simplicity of the construction emphasised the relationship & sense of fun.

Shame that the newspaper was obvious as could be consider an ad for the independent, but good luck

thought provoking. very good interaction between actresses. good to see what can be achieved with minimum funding - the talent speaks out clearly.

I liked the twist at the end, however i felt the film came across as too scripted and staged which had a negative effect on the performances.
